Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, It may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges). Returns must be authorized in advance, and must be completed within 15 days of receipt. If your purchase arrives damaged or is defective, it may be returned for a full refund including shipping charges. If your purchase arrives defective, you must notify anteks within 24 hours. We'll always stand behind our products, but please don't try to take advantage of us, that's not nice. example of taking advantage: you receive your new wine glasses and you drop one, that's your fault and you shouldn't try to return it. Another example of taking advantage: you receive your new suede throw and while you're all curled up, you drop a cigarette and burn a hole in it, that's your fault also and you shouldn't try to return it. What we're trying to say is this; we're fair, all we ask is that you be fair as well. |

Shipping
All of our orders are processed M-F within 48 hours of placement, depending on our order volume. We ship all of our orders via UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight, size and dimensions of your items. The easiest way to calculate your shipping cost is to let us do it for you. You’ll see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.
NOTE: The Anteks claims no responsibility for any additional charges incurred on international orders. Anteks also claims no responsibility for orders that are lost or are late due to UPS shipping. |

Canceling an Order
You can cancel any items from an order up until the items enter the shipping process. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we’ll be happy to refund you for any items you choose to return. |

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a full refund. If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please Contact Us.
Shipping carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:
• Incorrect or Out-of-date Address
• P.O. Box Format: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box
• Other Address Problems: Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
• Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process
• Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise may a signature. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us (and your account will be credited).

Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to re-order and let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. |
